veggie sauce
Slice and chop all vegetables (leave out tomatoes) and cook until softened. when vegetables are tender, add tomatoes and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes. let cool and blend until smooth. season as desired (i recommend basil/oregano/salt) and either add meat or leave vegetarian. serve over pasta.
