This is go good and so easy. And It freezes beautifully!
Break up pieces of meat with a fork. Combine meat in a slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 6 - 8 hours. Serve over pasta.
(Leave out the meat for a lower fat meal.)
