Chop onion, red and green pepper
Add to onion after you have deglaze the onions
Then add 1 T garlic
Add can crushed tomatoes
While you are cooking the onions start brown both pounds of Italian sausage
After sausage is browned and vegetables are put together add second can of crushed tomatoes and tomatoes sauce and water to about 3/4 full
Add 2-3 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper 2t of woshetshire sauce. 1t sugar
