Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients, except ground beef. Bring to a boil and cook about 2 hours until reduced by half. Remove the garlic clove. Add the browned and drained ground beef and lower temperature. Simmer another 30-60 minutes, until thick. Boil spaghetti, drain and rinse with hot water. Serve sauce over pasta.
