Just stir through a little olive oil in the warm pasta pan then toss the pasta back through. Instant supper or lunch.
Vary by adding dried oregano or whatever takes your fancy
Mix in a bowl and store in air tight jar(s)
To use
Per 100 grams pasta
Cook pasta
Drain but reserve a couple of table spoon of pasta water
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the warm pan stir and add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water to the pan. Toss pasta back in and toss to coat
