Half lengthwise, remove seeds. Place cut side down in pot with 2 inches of water. Cover and boil 20 min. Or microwave cut side up on high 8-12 mins. Run a fork over inside surface of cooked squash to pull out strands. Mix with butter and top with parmesan, salt and pepper.
