Suggest a better descriptionSlice the Squash in two, scrape seeds then cook halves in the microwave until you can scrape squash into thin spaghetti strips
Grease pie plate and place the spaghetti squash on the bottom
Mix 8oz of Ricotta Cheese with egg until smooth
Place on top of squash
In a skillet use 1tablespoon of olive oil and brown Y, to 1cup of onions (use the kind you like -I use either red onion or criminelli),
put in desired about of garlic.
Saute for about 10 minutes
Place ground turkey in skillet and brown meat, once brown add 28oz of diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Use a slotted spoon to drain mixture and place meat on top of the ricotta, top with
mozzarella
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and slightly brown
