Great substitute for pasta.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pierce the squash several times with a sharp knife.
Place squash in pan and bake for about 1 hour.
When done, cut open lengthwise remove seeds and pulp (I use tongs and an oven mitt -- it is HOT) and separate strands with a fork.
