Suggest a better descriptionHeat evoo, medium heat. Add tuna, shallots, garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes. Cook 2 - 3 mins. Then add wine. Reduce heat to low.
Cook broccoli with spaghetti in salted water to al dente. Add 1/2 cup cooking water to tuna mixture. Drain spaghetti and to tuna mixture. Season with sea salt to taste.
