Spaghetti with a twist of Jalapeno's in the sauce
1. Take ground sausage out of refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to warm towards room temperature
2. Cut your Jalapeno(s) and Vegetables into small pieces to be placed sauce later
3. Lightly coat large Skillet you will be cooking meat/sauce in with Olive Oil and place on temp of 7 out of 10. Let Skillet heat for 3 minutes and 48 seconds
4. Place your jalapenos and other vegetables in the skillet and stir/flip often. You don't need to cook long since it will also cook in the sauce a little. After 4-5 minutes place jalapenos/vegetables on paper plate.
5. Using same skillet, place back on burner at temp of 6 out of 10
6. Place ground sausage in skillet flipping / stirring every minute or so until it's browned and not pink inside. You will have to "break up" sausage with your spatula/spoon as you stir/flip
7. Once meat looks done, determine if you need to drain off any grease using a colander
8. In same skillet turn temperature to 3 out of 10, add vegetables/jalapenos, Italian spice, pepper, garlic powder and bertolli sauce to meat, stirring well. Cover skillet
*** You'll want to simmer sauce and meat for at least 20-30 minutes ***
9. Cook Spaghetti noodles as directed on box
10. Taste sauce and add spices as desired. After cooking sauce on a temp of 3 for 10-15 minutes, turn down to 1. Remove lid and stir every few minutes
11. After draining spaghetti you can put a little butter in with noodles if desired
12. Eat with parmesan cheese
