Spaghetti with Sardines and Capers
Cook pasta
Sauté sardine and onions in large pan
Add capers and lemon juice
Take some of the pasta water (starch water) to be added to pan
Drain and add pasta to pan and mix well
Stir in starch water to emulsify in pan
Transfer to bowl and serve
Garnish with parsley if you want to be fancy
Starch water is what makes the sauce creamy
