Fill pot with water and bring to a boil.
Ground meat in skillet and drain. Add meat back to skillet with onions and season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add spaghetti to boiling water and continue to boil until cooked. Drain spaghetti (optional: add a little olive oil to keep spaghetti from clumping).
Add spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and wine to sauce pan. Then add ground meat and onions.
