Suggest a better descriptionCook 1st 5 ingredients together until beef is browned. Add spaghetti sauce and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Taste after it reaches a boil and add more spices as needed. While sauce is simmering, prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Serve sauce on top of noodles and sprinkle on parmesan cheese as desired.
