Combine chopped onion and margarine or butter in a sauce pan and lightly saute. Do not brown.
Combine sauteed onion with spinach, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill weed, eggs and egg yolk in a large mixing bowl and mix gently.
Butter 2 sheets of phyllo and fold lengthwise. Add 1/4 cup of mixture and fold into triangle like a flag.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 24.
