Delicious Spanish meatballs with spicy tomatosauce.
1. Mix all ingredients for the meatballs (except the olive oil) well in a bowl. Place the bowl coverd with plastic foil in fridge for 30 minutes.
2. In the meanwhile fry the sliced onion for the sauce in a pan. Add the chickenbroth and white wine and bring to a boil. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, then add tomato cubes and paste. Lower the heat and let it thicken a little while making the meatballs.
3. Roll meatballs the size of a tablespoon and bake them all round in a fryingpan. You might want to do this in portions, make sure the sauce doesn't get too thick in the meanwhile. Place the meatballs on some kitchenpaper to absorb most of the oil and then add the meatballs and the frozen pees to the sauce.
4. Let the sauce stew on medium heat untill both meatballs and pees are done. At last add the cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper.
If this isn't enough for big eaters: prepare 75 gram rice per serving.
