For the salad, cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain pasta through a sieve and rinse under cool water: transfer to a bowl.
Toast almonds in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown skillet over medium heat until brown, stirring often, 3-4 minutes. Add almonds to bowl with pasta. Stir in onion, mint, capers and zest.
For the vinaigrette, whisk together orange juice and oil in a small bowl. Drizzle vinaigrette over pasta mixture. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Divide pasta salad among four plates, serve with fresh orange or tomato slices and paprika pork chops
