In medium bowl add cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat pork until none is left. Leave at least 30 minutes to marinate. In another small bowl combine lemon juice and honey.
In a large skillet add two tablespoons of olive oil and heat until almost smoking. Add the meat in a single layer and let cook until deeply brown, about three minutes. Toss in garlic and red pepper and flip the meat until cooked.
Off the heat put in clean bowl, add sauce and toss.
Serve over white, jasmine or coconut rice.
