Easy Spanish Rice
1. In a medium bowl, mix together rice, cumin, garlic powder, diced onion ordried onion, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.
2. Place in rice cooker.
3. Boil water; add bullion cubes and stir until dissolved
4. Pour water over rice; stir briefly to combine.
5. Set rice cooker to cook.
6. When done, let sit approximately 10 minutes.
