This is one special dish that will surely leave a happy memory in ones taste buds. All the ingredients are united that makes a balance and delicious gourmet that you and your loved ones would surely crave for.
1. Heat the large saucepan, then slowly turn to a smaller flame.
2. Place the olive oil in the saucepan and heat it for 1 minute, then add the minced garlic. Stir for a while then add the tofu and ground Spanish style sardines.
3. Then place the dried basil and laurel leaves. Add the grated cheese and salt and pepper. Stir well.
4. Add the carrots in as well as the cooked pasta.
5. On a dinner plate, get the thongs, grip a generous amount not too few, not too many, then place it near the center while turning the thongs clockwise to give a height.
6. Get a peace of laurel leaf and garnish it on top of the pasta.
7. Serve it warm with garlic bread on the side and a cold appetizer like salad with citrus fruits to have a balance of sweet, salty and umami flavor.
