Heat rose and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low until sugar dissolves for the rose syrup.
Puree raspberries in a food processor; add syrup and process until combined.
Strain raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, then divide among five 4-oz popsicle molds.
Secure popsicle sticks.
Free until firm, at least 4 hours.
