Preheat the kitchen grill.
Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water 10 - 15 min. aprox.
Mix in a bowl all the ingredients and shake well.
Place the potatoes in a recipient and turn the oil mixture on the potatoes.
Cook in the kitchen grill 40 min. aprox., turning the potatoes many times to avoid burning and also to absorb the whole flavor of the ingredients.
