Quick, easy to make, home-made ramen variant that replaces wheat, egg, or vermicelli noodles with zucchini spaghetti noodles which are healthier and stay crunchy long after other noodles get soggy. Spicy & tangy with lots of protein and healthy fats.

Mix chicken broth, water, and boullion into a pot and bring to a boil. Prepare and wash Swiss Chard while waiting. Reduce to medium/medium-high heat (slow rolling boil) and add remaining ingredients in order (should take approximately 5 min). Serve in a large bowl (eg. pho bowl). Best eaten with a Chinese-style soup spoon and a fork or chopsticks.
