Mix 1 cup karo and 1 cup sugar over medium heat just until it starts to bubble around edges. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter. Mix well. Add 6 cups rice krispies. Pour in pan coated with cooking spray. Spread evenly. While cooling, melt 1cup both butterscotch and chocolate chips in microwave about 1-2 min. Stir after 1 minute. Just heat enough to be nice and smooth. Spread on bars. Cut after about 1 hour so they aren't too hard to cut. Enjoy!!
