Suggest a better description1. In a large nonstick skillet over high heat, cook beef, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add green onions, garlic and ginger; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in rice; cook stirring, for 2 minutes. 2. Add vegetables and soya sauce. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook, stirring occasionally (adding 2 tbsp. water if necessary to prevent from sticking), for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Tip: Cook extra rice ahead and keep it handy in the fridge. Or use instant rice prepared according to package directions.
