Quick one-pot cooking of both pasta and sauce, with cauliflower and baby spinach to make it a quick alrounder.
Heat milk, salt and pepper in a large pot. When it just comes to a boil add macaroni and caulifloer. Bring back to a boil and cook for 2 minutes less that the packet instructions for the pasta. Mix in ham, nutmeg, spinach and 2 cups of the cheese. Tip into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Place under a preheated grill and cook until golden (about 5 minutes). Serve at once.
