In bowl, combine yeast and sugar from bread mix. Stir in 1 cup warm water. Let sit until yeast turns foamy. Add bread mix, 1/4 cup pesto and parsley. Stir until ball of dough forms. Cover, in warm place, let sit 30 min. to rise. HEAT oven to 400 degrees. On floured surface cut dough into 16 pieces, cut each into thirds. Roll pieces into balls, group in clusters of 3 on parchment lined baking sheets. Brush with egg. Bake 13 min. or until done. In bowl, mix butter and remaining pesto. SERVE with rolls and ENJOY...
