sick of the classic cornbread recipe?
this is a twist on it :-) gives it a more unique flavor.
Great for the fall time :-)
butter or spray cupcake pan in preparation for baking.
mix ingredients, make sure the egg is beaten well.
preheat to 425.
cook 18-25 minutes until desired brown color.
has a nice twist from the traditional cornbread :-)
thanks to "beach burnette" for the basic recipe :-)
can increase cinnamon and giner, and perhaps use some allspice as well.
