For Bonfire Night
Preheat oven for 170C. Line a baking tray with foil and brush lightly with vegetable oil.
Toss the almonds in the egg white. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread the nuts on the tray in one layer; bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Leave to cool before serving.
