In a large bowl whisk together egg and milk. Add bread and let stand 10 minutes until bread is softened. Add ground beef,garlic,black pepper,salt and cayenne pepper mix thoroughly with hands or spoon and shape into balls. In skillet heat oil over medium heat turning occasionally until no longer pink inside and brown and crusty.
In a bowl combine apple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar,cornstarch,ginger and cayenne pepper. In the same skillet over medium heat cook and stir sauce until thickened and bubbly. Should be a full boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Return Meatballs to skillet to glaze them and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Double the sauce to have plenty for over noodles or rice.
