This banana cake recipe is for those that aren't afraid to reach into the spice cabinet and try something new in an age old traditional banana cake recipe.
Peel and mash bananas. Add all other ingredients and mix until mixture is smooth.
Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick spray and pour mixture in.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool for 20 minutes then turn out onto cake plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve after completly cool.
Don't be afraid to try various things in your spice cabinet. I have a spice cabinet just for baking and I like to just experiment with flavors. It's amazing how much you will enjoy some of the flavor varieties if you just a chance to try them together.
