Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Combine the first 7 ingredients and process Ina food processor until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into the lined baking tin and bake for one hour.
Leave to cool, and refrigerate.
This bread tastes great toasted the next day!
