Put nuts, sugar, water and salt into a large skillet over high heat. Bring to a boil. Stirring frequently and cook until water is nearly evaporated and liquid is syrupy about 10 minutes. In small bowl mix spices. After 10 minutes spinkle nuts with spices and still well. cook until water is gone about 5 minutes and sugar siezes and nuts are coated. Turn out onto baking sheet and cool completely.
