1. Peel and halve cucumbers. Scoop it the seeds. Slice the cucumber into sticks and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
2. Finely dice the red onion. Place in a bowl, and cover with cold water. Let sit for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
3. Place cucumber on a serving plate and sprinkle with onions, chest masala, chili powder and sea salt.
4. Squeeze a little lime juice on before eating.
