In a separatge bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Beat egg white with cold water until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Add to sugar mixture. Spread out onto very well buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stirring pecans about every 15 minutes.
