Heat oven to 350?. Spray 5 mini loaf pans or 2 regular loaf pans with pam. Whisk frist 7 ingredents until evenly mixed. In large bowl beat butter and sugar on medium speed 4-5 minutes until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time, until mixed. Add pumpkin and mix until smooth. Reduce speed to low and mix in orange juice, add dry ingredents and mix just until combined (do not over mix).
Divide evenly between pans and bake 30-35 minutes for mini pans or 50-55 minutes for full loaf pans.
