Suggest a better descriptionPosition one oven rack lower third of oven & another oven rack so top of meat on pan be 4" from heat source. Heat oven to 425. Coat Large rimmed baking sheet w cooking spray. Toss squash w 1 T oil, ½ t smoked paprika, ½ t salt & cinnamon; spread over baking sheet. Top w peppers. Roast on upper rack until squash is tender, 15-20 min. Move to lower rack. Heat broiler. Coat broiler pan w cooking spray. Combine cumin & garlic powder w remaining smoked paprika & salt. Rub remaining olive oil,. Then spice mixture over all sides of steak. Place steak on broiler pan. Broil, turning once, 5 min. Per side for med- rare. Let stand 10 min. Before slicing. Serve w squash, peppers & sour cream.
