Suggest a better descriptionCombine water and spices in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Stir in sugar, orange juice and lemonade until dissolved. Chill.
