Suggest a better description1 Heat a pan and add the oil. 2 Add the onion, fry for a minute, add the chilli and cook for a few minutes. Stir continuously, until the onions turn golden brown. 3 Add the spices and fry for a minute, stirring. Add the beans, lower the heat and cook for a few minutes, stirring. The sauce should concentrate and thicken absorbing the spicy flavours. Season with salt if necessary. Serve hot with chappattis, tandoori rotis, pitta bread or just on toast. Recipe by: Food & Drink
