1) Quesadillas- hav to buy fr pkt , or make fresh.
2) Pan grill the paneer- and put in quesadilla, 1 tbs garlic mayo sauce, then slowly add all the veggies garnish, and cheese . Pan fry / put on toasties til cheese melt Can put tomato salad wth balsamic vinegrette/ little fries on the side
3) Stir paneer, in oil and garlic, little thmye, salt n pepper
make sure cheese is enough , so whn we eat its cheesy and yum
