Suggest a better descriptionRinse beans in strainer then soak overnight in minimum of 6 cups of water.
Drain and rinse beans then add to crockpot. Add sausage, onion, celery, garlic, Creole seasoning, and ham broth.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Add kale and cook for an additional 2 hours.
Check to make sure beans are done and serve in bowls.
Makes: 8 large servings
If making broth from bouillon, be carful not to add to much or the results will be salty.
