Cut the chicken into bite size cubes, and toss in flour. Cook in skillet until no longer pink.
Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chili paste in a bowl and mix together.
Place cooked chicken evenly onto a cookie sheet, and drizzle sauce over chicken.
Cook in oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
Best served with broccoli and white rice. Can use the remaining sauce to place over chicken and rice.
