1. Place bacon in cast iron skillet and heat over medium high heat. Cook until browned and crispy 7-8 minutes. . With slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to plate lined with paper towels
2. Add the olive oil to the bacon fat in the pan and heat until shimmering. Add the brussel sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender, 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add liquid stevia., cayenne and bacon and toss to evenly combine
