Suggest a better descriptionRecipe from Flavorweb. Preheat oven to 400F Lay fish in a shallow baking dish, overlap any thin sections. Brush with 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Mix yogurt and cucumbers and set aside. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan, saute onion, peppers, ginger and garlic until onion is soft, about 4 mins; stir in coriander.
