Suggest a better descriptionHeat 2 tbs oil in a pot. Season beef. Add half the beef to pot, cook until browned. Remove to a bowl. Add 1 tbs oil to pot, brown remaining beef, remove to bowl. Add remaining oil. Add onion, cook until browned. Add garlic and jalapeno, cook until softened. * Add chili powder, salt, and tomato paste, cook until deep red. Add beef, tomatoes, broth, and 2 cups water, bring to a boil, simmer until meat is tender. Add beans, simmer until chili is thickened. Season. Top as desired.
