In large, heavy bottomed saucepan, combine first 9 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat then stir in chicken, mushrooms, peppers. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, or until chicken cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
You may want to add a paste of corn starch and water to thicken the sauce a bit.
