Wash potatoes. Poke with a knife or fork several times; cook in microwave on high for 5-7 minutes. Remove from microwave, allow to cool slightly. Cut into chunks, placing onto aluminum foil. Add margarine, then sprinkle other ingredients on top (use more/less according to your own taste). Wrap aluminum foil around potatoes well to prevent margarine leaking. Place foil packet onto bbq grill heated to 350F and turned to low; or into oven set at 350F. Let cook for 30 minutes, flipping packet occasionaly, or until potatoes are fully cooked.
These potatoes taste fantastic topped with ranch dressing or sour cream!
