In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, salt, baking soda, chipotle powder, chili powder. Mix well. Add grated cheese, stirring well to thoroughly combine ingredients.
In a smaller bowl, whisk egg and pour into larger bowl. Knead dough with hands until all ingredients are well-combined.
Form dough into a large circle, about 1-inch thick. Cut dough into 16 equal wedges, as if cutting a pie.
Using a metal baking spatula transfer wedges to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for until edges are slightly crispy, approximately 9-10 minutes.
Serve with guacamole or your favorite dip, if desired.
