Stir in th egreen onions; cook for 1 minute more. Carefully add the cream. Increase heat to high and boil until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
Combine the chicken mixture, pasta, and parsley in a serving bowl; toss to mix. Pass Parmesan cheese.
