Serve with Lemony Grilled Asparagus

Preheat gill to medium-high. Flatten bell pepper halves slightly with the palm of your hand. Brush bell pepper, pineapple and onion with 2 tsp oil. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until crisp tender; cool slightly. Brush both sides of chicken with remaining 1 tsp oil, and sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper. Grill chicken 5 minutes per side or until done. Coarsely chop pineapple, bell pepper and onion, and toss with vinegar and sugar. Top chicken with pineapple salsa.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Toss asparagus with lemon rind, lemon juice and oil. Grill 4 minutes or until just tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Note: put the asparagus on the grill right after you remove the chicken.
