Suggest a better descriptionCut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges. Place in a large plastic bag. Add the oil and toss the potatoes to coat with the oil. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Add the crumb mixture to the potatoes and toss until the potatoes are well coated. Place in a large shallow baking dish. Cook in a preheated oven, 190 C, for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dip following the packet directions. Serve the potato wedges with the dip. NOTES : Serves 8-10 as a nibble
